About Us

Galston Uniting Church is a Christian community serving Galston, Dural, Glenorie and Arcadia. We come together each Sunday at 10am to worship, grow in faith and support one another, with a full calendar of groups and activities throughout the week.

Our Story

Galston Uniting Church opened on 22 October 1988, bringing together congregations from across the district into one community. Our site includes the church, manse, auditorium, meeting rooms, office, kitchen, Sunday School and a Long Day Care Centre.

Our worship space features a pipe organ and a striking stained-glass window, both treasured parts of our church's character. Men's and Women's Choirs take part in our services, and Sunday worship is always followed by morning tea.

Led by Rev. Akosita Tangi, our congregation is warm, inclusive and welcoming to everyone, whether you've been part of a church for years or are just starting to explore your faith.

Our Vision

We are a church connecting more deeply with God through Jesus Christ, so that we may more deeply connect with each other, our community and the world.
